Peter Canellis Peter Canellis has extensive experience in industry consulting, training and education. He has held management and consulting positions in supply chain, logistics services and facilities operations, focusing on process improvement and technology applications to support those improvements. He is currently a Professor in the management department at Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology in New York City.
