DH2 Chauffeured Transportation at JFK Airport

DH2 Chauffeured Transportation, a leading provider of luxury ground transportation and shuttle services, is excited to announce its national certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) by WBEC Metro NY Inc., a regional partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). This prestigious certification is widely recognized as the benchmark for validating women-owned businesses in the United States.

The WBENC certification process is rigorous, involving a comprehensive evaluation of the business and a thorough site inspection. This process ensures that at least 51% of the business is owned, managed, and controlled by one or more women and maintains the necessary business structure, strategic planning, and operational implementation.

DH2 Chauffeured Transportation is highly regarded for providing seamless, professional transportation solutions, from airport transfers to corporate travel, construction shuttle services, airline crew shuttles, and large group events. The company is committed to delivering the highest standards of professionalism, exemplified by a “client first” focus and an unsurpassed attention to detail. DH2 increases the value it brings to customers by reducing the risks and expenses associated with travel. The company’s goal is to consistently delight clients with every aspect of their service, no matter where in the world it is provided.

As an MWBE-certified company, DH2 embodies a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion among its partners and employees. The company’s philosophy, “Good is not enough. Excellence in everything we do,” is demonstrated through its dedication to employees, partners, and the community.

Nancy Vargas, Chief Executive Officer, DH2 Chauffeured Transportation

Nancy Vargas, CEO of DH2 Chauffeured Transportation, expressed her excitement about this significant achievement: “Receiving the WBENC certification is a remarkable milestone for DH2. It not only validates our hard work and commitment but also opens up a wealth of new opportunities for us to grow and connect with major corporations. We are eager to leverage these new avenues to further expand our business and strengthen our presence in the industry.”

DH2 Chauffeured Transportation is a Latina Woman-Owned business. Nancy Vargas, a native New Yorker with a corporate background, and her entrepreneurial spirit drove her to build DH2’s infrastructure, making significant strides in a traditionally male-dominated industry. Under her leadership, DH2 has achieved MWBE Certification with New York City, New York State, the Port Authority of NY/NJ, and Nassau County. She has expanded the business into new market segments, including airline flight crew shuttle service, government contracting, construction mobility, and worldwide service. Nancy has also implemented cutting-edge technology to ensure the highest efficiency within the organization.

As an active community leader, Nancy is the immediate past President of The JFK Rotary Club and is a member of The JFK and Long Island Hispanic Chamber. In the industry, she co-chairs the National Limousine Association Women Leadership Council and is a member of The Long Island Transportation Association and The Limousine Association of New Jersey. Her accolades include CEO of the Year, Transportation Woman of the Year and Business Woman of the Year.

Incorporating women-owned businesses into their supplier networks allows corporations and government entities to showcase their dedication to promoting diversity. This commitment not only supports the growth of women leaders but also contributes to a more diverse, balanced, and sustainable economy through enhanced supplier diversity programs. WBENC certification, coupled with the extensive professional development and networking opportunities available through the WBENC community, offers unparalleled avenues for women-owned businesses to expand and innovate through access to major corporations and other WBEs, as well as year-round events and programming, both virtual and in-person.
